I think this is finished, but I'm always open to suggestions and critiques.

Evolution (if applies): Izuna developed the Sharingan at an early age, but lost most of the abilities when he gave his brother his eyes. Being blind has enhanced his senses, he has better hearing than the average human, as well as a better sense of smell. His eyes were replaced by two sensor-encased glass eyes that he can remove as needed. The technology is somewhat unreliable, and can be easily damaged by exposure to the elements.
He can use the sensor-encased glass eyes to give him extremely vague mental images of the area. This is taxing after a short period of time. His left eye provides basic images, the right is more sensitive but also causes more strain on his body.He can use the basic sensor function, for, at best, 20 minutes, and only if he has not recently used the Sharingan function.
Izuna can still replicate the Sharingan a little with his right eye and the sensors within it, but only when he activates the correct sensors in his eyes. This is both painful and taxing on him, and using the fake Sharingan for more than ten minutes leads to extreme migraines and even loss of control over his body, as the false Sharingan affects his entire nervous system. The false Sharingan, like a real one, provides an extra boost to his already-enhanced sense. Using either function shortens the time in which he can use the other.
He can move in quick bursts of speed that make him nearly impossible to follow. Although he can no longer predict what his opponents next actions are, thanks to his heightened senses he can still hear and smell them and follow their movements better, keeping up a bit easier than usual.

A P P E A R A N C E
Height: 5’ 6.5”
Weight: 125lbs
Hair: Dark Blue, looks black usually, but blue in the right lighting. It has just a little bit of a wave to it and is shaggy, reaching to just a few inches below his butt.
Eyes: Black, glass eyes, they turn red and look like the Mangekyō Sharingan when he activates certain functions in the censors
Body Type: Thin, agile/flexible ( think ballerina or gymnist )
Clothing: Earthy tones and baggy but comfortable cloths are his preference when out in the waste. If he has the opportunity to relax, he likes to wear a yukata, preferably white or dark blue. Sandals are his preference, so that he can pick up vibrations easier. He wares a leather vest over his shirt that is slightly re-enforced. It has a clasp on the back for his pack. He prefers to wear fingerless gloves and armguards. He tries to keep his clothing simple and light, to aid in his fast movements and agility/flexibility. Always wears bandages over his eyes. The exceptions are when he uses his eyes or he is relaxing. His goggles and breathing mask are separate. The mask is simple and blue, with white and red accents.

Guns: Small heat seeking missiles
Melee: Long Metal Staff with a small dagger hidden inside
Other Equipment: Izuna carries around tiny sensors that respond to the tones his staff gives off when he taps it, letting him know if he is in range of one of them (( ex: if he found some good water, he would leave a sensor, then if he was in the area again, as he tapped the staff it would set the sensor off, alerting him of it’s location ))

Izuna is lighthearted and gentle to a fault. He is a bit stupid and simple, easily confused and clumsy. This however, does not show immediately, as he hides behind his ‘Uchiha Facade’, as he calls it, being uptight and looking down on people to a point. He does however demand that he be treated with the same amount of respect that he shows others, only relaxing and showing his more soft side to those whom he has grown comfortable with. He does have a minor age complex, stating that he is ‘older than everyone’ and thus, often calling most people young or even referring to them as children or being little, regardless of how big or old they are. When asked his age he will either answer with “How old do I look to you?” or “Older than you.”, He tries to be very well mannered and has a formal way of speaking.
Izuna can often be found daydreaming, or reminiscing with himself. He speaks of his brother with the utmost love and fondness, never speaking ill of Madara’s faults. His cryptic singing often tells the tales of his youth with his brother, and how much he misses him. When he is particularly lonely, or he misses his brother to the point of heartbreak, he will only play his violin, not trusting his voice from cracking on him should he try to sing.
Izuna will do anything from trading trinkets to pulling the “blind card” to get food. He has a great love of food, though he does not eat much. His cooking skills fail, and he often only eats whatever Chu brings him, cooking it over open fire.
Izuna hates being underminded though, for being blind. Even though he often slips up and is clumsy, he insists on trying to do things himself. Even with his staff to help him feel things out, he is prone to knocking into objects and people, tripping himself up when in crowded areas.
Izuna is finicky about his personal space, and gets uncomfortable when people invade his ‘bubble’ without his permission. Though he loves to learn peoples faces with his fingers, he always hesitant to ask, as it will force him to allow people into his bubble. Few people can enter his personal space without making him uncomfortable.

Izuna was born in 2045. He was the second born in his family. His older brother was Madara, and even as small children they competed. They were trained from and early age to go out into the world outside the shelters. On top of this training was the social training enforced by their family in etiquette, social skills, and other fine arts. Izuna excelled in music and animal care for fine arts, and combat practical skills.
By the age of 6 Izuna was let out of their shelter to go outside for the first time. He and his brother, accompanied by others who had been trained to go out were only allowed out about 100 yards from the gate, but even that exposure ever day had it’s affects on him and his brother. His changes and mutations were slower than Madara’s, but by the age of 10 he had begun to show signs of his mutations, including increased speed and sight.
By the age of 13 he was an avid explorer of the waste, researching and cataloging the changes the nuclear devastation had caused. He was also one of the greatest fighters and defenders of their home. The only person better than him was Madara, and he strove daily to improve himself and compete with is brother with anything from sparring to who could kill the most threats to their shelter and home.
At the age of 16 he ‘gave’ his eyes to his older brother, as Madara was going blind. From this time on though, currently, there are large gaps in Izuna’s memory. He knows that it took nearly a year to get back to being able to go out with his team and brother. He has minor details about his life after ‘giving’ his brother his eyes, yet cannot even remember what events led to him being put into cryo-sleep.
Currently he does not even know how long he’s been ‘awake’ though he knows what the year is and how old he could be considered. Izuna was awakened from cryo-sleep by Obito Uchiha, and has been ‘awake’ for at least 5 years. He has wondered the waste most of this time for fear of being found out. He is unsure as to how people would react to him, since he is from the past as it were, and shies away from people when they name him as an Uchiha without formal introduction.

- Izuna has developed a love for food, although he doesn’t eat much, he savors good food like it was his last meal. This comes both from his heightened sense of taste and his lack of cooking skills.
-Izuna carries around a salvaged violin that he plays with great skill. The bow is synthetic and does not wear out.
-Izuna has a young adult gladolphus as a companion that he lets roam about for the most part, using a modified metal dog whistle that he has around his neck to summon the beast, even from great distances. Though blind itself, Izuna uses Chu-baby, the gladolphus, as his seeing eye dog. Chu-baby is not friendly to other humans or any other creatures, but tolerates Obito. Chu-baby is well trained, and will not attach a human without Izuna’s order, or if he thinks Izuna is in danger.
-Izuna has a hard time keeping track of time.

Izuna recoiled slightly from the scent wafting into his respirator. Decay, death, rot, and just foul were the best words he could use to describe it. Putrid even was a good word, as his lips curled back in disgust. Whatever had come through here had left nothing alive. He was even a little afraid that what ever it was, man, monster, or otherwise, might still be around. But he waved the idea aside, taking in the first body he came across. The scent of canine was strong, and after he felt along the corpse gently, he identified it as a gladolphus. Those nasty overgrown wolves had given him a run for his life a few times, and yet, here he was, pitying the poor creatures, tapping his staff against the metal bracer on his arm, listening the the pings as they hit corpse after corpse in his path. From the smell of it, nearly ever corpse was a gladolphus. He wondered, with no small amount of fear, what had been strong enough to do this to a whole pack of gladolphus. He considered heavily going around the mess, but thought better of it. He could use the canine teeth out of some of the adults for modifying weapons later, and set about finding the biggest of the pack.
He worked for quite some time, nearly a day if he had to guess, picking only a few of the largest males for their teeth, noting that the females teeth were smaller, but longer. He needed stronger teeth more than longer teeth. By the time he felt the sun setting, the cooling of the air his only indication in the clouded evening atmosphere, he felt nearly sick from the smells he had endured to get the teeth. He supposed if anything and he couldn’t modify the teeth for weapons he could barter them in a dome or with a traveler. His fingers were going numb from being coated in the thick coagulated blood, and god didn’t he wish he could have a bath right then and there. He was going to make himself sick from smelling like this, seeing as he was already fighting the urge to tear off his mask and retch on the ground around him.
He froze as he grabbed the next gladolphus’s head, his ears straining at the minute sound that had permeated his ears. It had sounded like a pitiful whine, one that any animal made when mortally wounded or extremely upset. He turned to the left, listening as the tiny whimper sounded again. He tapped his metal rod against his armguard and listened. He listened as the ping hit something moving a little farther left and forward. He barely caught the movement, but it was there. He inched forward, staff at the ready to strike. He prodded the gladolphus that had moved, noting from how the body shifted under the staff that it was good and dead. And yet the body moved against him, pushing back a bit. His eyebrows furrowed a bit, curios. He hooked the staff under the corpse, heaving it aside with a grunt. The whine was long and high pitched, frightened. It was a pup, crying for its mother.
Izuna paused, his heart beating rapidly. He slid the staff along the ground, until it touched the pup, and the pup shied away. It whimpered, and curled against the corpse he had moved aside. It sounded very young, barely to weening age. He made his decision in a mere heartbeat, setting the staff beside him, crouching down and sitting among the carnage. His posture was non-threatening, relaxed, calming. He waited, starting to whisper to the pup, talking randomly, but directing his intentions to the frightened mutated creature. He slowly raised his voice to a dull and low murmur, encouraging the pup to come to him. He heard it start to move, scooting closer and closer through the night, until it rested against his right leg, only as far up as his knee. He slowly laid his hands at his sides, limp. He continued his monologue, smiling the whole time, not pausing for even a moment as he felt a wet muscle wrap itself around his fingers, only to lap at his palm. He lifted his hand carefully, petting the pup on it’s head, and it responded with a needy keen. His response was a soothing croon, and the pup laid itself over his lap, demanding affection from him, licking his hands. Izuna smiled, gently scooping the pup up and walking away from the devastation he had stumbled upon. The pup was now his, and he would be damned if it wouldn’t make it to maturity. Little did he know at the time, that he had made a lifelong companion and guardian.
